Spud - is it actually wheat you're having issues with? I tracked mine down to be yeast, which is easier to cut from your diet.

I'm at the stage with Shrek now that I can remember a few happy memories not just cry over the sad ones.

I would never go back. But there were some really good times, in amongst the truly awful ones.

Really bad bloating Pooky, followed by a headache and erm windy pops

Its really bad when I eat bread, but just an ounce of Raisin Wheats nearly killed me last week. I was in agony

Most cereals have yeast added to them tho Spud - it's worth checking. Maybe try having wraps instead of bread to see if that helps (no yeast in the major brands). I used to get the bloating and horrendous heartburn....if I do stray and have a bit of bread now I really feel the effects for days afterwards.
