Ta hun. I'll try wraps. I bought some Free From bread, but I'm not keen to be honest. It's very crumbly and has a sweet flavour :o

  • BB-hair will be VERY VERY dark! (Warning you now) but once the hair shaft is 'filled in' with colour you can colour it red again. In fact, where the roots were lighter from too much peroxide, they *may* lift quickly with a slight greenish tint so colouring with a red will help/stop that.

Most cereals have yeast added to them tho Spud - it's worth checking. Maybe try having wraps instead of bread to see if that helps (no yeast in the major brands). I used to get the bloating and horrendous heartburn....if I do stray and have a bit of bread now I really feel the effects for days afterwards.

OMG I get heartburn all of the time, I am always on the "Rennies" had to get someone to go and buy me some just before the party and I was popping them all night.

I do eat quite alot of cereal and bread, also wine (white makes me crippled) ..........I also notice when I do the Slimming world plan that really restricts bread/cereal and all "rubbish" I dont need them at all.

ETA - I also farted all night in the room with poor Buffy so Soz mate if you heard the trumpets going off.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
