3 Just try and cancel a contract...

I've got two contracts with 3 one ends next month, the other the following.
I called today to give the 30 days notice, spent ages on the phone, the operator tried everything to get me to stay. When this didn't work he turned his attention to my other contract, offering me 300 minutes, unlimited texts and 1G of broadband for £10, he wasn't pleased when I wouldn't accept his offer. I told him 'I DID NOT WANT IT' so many times I eventually told him I was hanging up, which I did. Then my landline rang , guess who? Yes it was 3. The same guy , the same conversation, I hung up again. He rings again, I don't answer.
A few hours later, his manager phoned me on my mobile, then again on my landline. After ages trying to get him off the phone I eventually had to tell him I didn't need a phone where I was going. And that 3 phones didn't work there.
Still he insisted that his network reached everywhere.
He finally stopped pressuring me when I told him I was dying.
Yes! I was dying , dying to get him off the phone.
