The 3 Broadband for £5 is PAYG so poor CS will not rain on your parade.
Elsewhere on the forum are links to free 3 sim cards with £10 credit - one site is offering 2 per household, they can be used to buy internet access and put into a dongle. Try it out at min risk/cost.0 -
