I personally would avoid currys, pc world etc large companies like these tend to sell outdated goods. Surely the lap top would've come with a 1 year warranty anyway at least??0

it has got a warranty, but they where only going to repair it not replace it, doesnt boad well or give you much faith in the product when it breaks through normal use after 3-4 days, if it had been 3-4 months or even 3-4 weeks then I could have understood the repair and not the replace. we have bought lots of stuff from currys and never had a problem and the service was great, but the minute something went wrong they were awful. Really not interested, the sales guys we spoke to couldn't have cared less, it was the manager that took pity on the lad. never mind all sorted now, but will think twice about where we shop in future. lollife sometimes gets in the way of good intentions:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I bought a PC from PC world about 4 years ago, ended up getting my money back after about 4 weeks, and got a small computer shop to make me 1 for the same price but alot more powerful, as I said alot of there stock is outdated. I will only buy from them if i'm desperate!! I would advise you not to take out their insurance schemes also, you shouldn't need to.0
