Getting a Mortgage after a repossession

    Because my ex put £150k in to the house there is an legal agreement stating that after the mortgage and debts are paid she will get the balance upto £150k this is why my OR isn't chasing it.

    It's the repossession that is bothering me more I've heard that stays on for 6 years. So with that and my Bankruptcy I could be renting forever!

    She's paying very little £90 since November then paid a full month at start of feb, mortgage company have had several eviction dates in the past but they seem intent on taking it this time. They have asked her for income & expenditure but she hasn't provided this, she also needs to make an offer that she can pay every month that the management of the mortgage company accept.
    I hope it goes so all ties are severed but I would like to own a property
