Hello, after getting anything but a straight answer from Vodafone customer services I thought I'd try here!
My current contract was due to end today (17th Feb). I emailed vodafone on 1st Feb to give my 30 days notice. I've been told that my contract will thus be terminated on 1st March. I have received my PAC (eventually!).
What I would like to know is this: What will I be charged from vodafone for the period 18th Feb - 1st March and how many free mins etc do I receive? Is it just a percentage of my current contract?
Anyone out there that can shed some light on the subject?

Just to clear something up.
You can't ask for a pac AND a contract termination, you only do one or the other.
If you have a pac and use it, your old contract end when the transfer goes through.
If you ask to terminate after 30 days your contract end and you lose your number.
You need to clarify which you've got ?0 -
Hmmm, I do seem to have both. I'll get this clarified.0

Vodafone charges per calendar month (unlike other networks). You would therefore get one full month's minutes and text allowance for February - regardless of billing dates.0
