Hello im having a few problems with my mobile contract i have been with t mobile for well over 2years i had an 18 month contract with them when the contract was due to end they called and i explained that i was going to cancle the contract with them as i had been getting harrassing calls (not from them) and that i think it would be better to just end it and get rid of the phone. they said that they could change my number and that i could go on to a rolling contract and could cancle any time. I agreed and that was that. well i have called them 2day to say that i really actually want to cancle now, and i was told that im on another 18 month contract with them! im angry i never agreed to that i havent signed anything. where do i stand? They are also saying that because i upgraded my phone that meet i entered into an 18 month contract? this was never discussed!:mad:

no rolling moth to month contract offers a free mobile phone, did you not find it strange them giving you this?

No as i was due a new phone at the end of my last contract and they said that i can still have it as i was continuing with them. They sais i could cancle at any time if they had not said that i would have not continued with them.
