What is the feedback like that the buyer has left for others?
[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.

The impact of this is to stigmatise people on benefits,
and we should be deeply worried about that

It is so frustrating when dealing with people like that, I had a similar query yesterday. I got an email from a buyer saying..

'Hi just to let you know I have not recived my item yet I have made payment so I should have got my item please let me know'

The annoying thing is I specifically put on my listings ususally despatched within 4 days of cleared payment, and that it is 2nd class mail. They paid 11th Feb and I posted 15th Feb (14th was a Sunday so cant take into account) and now they are wondering why its not there 17th because they can't be bothered to read.

Have you heard from your buyer yet or has he left you the feedback OP?
  • I had a non-paying bidder who ignored all correspondence and the unpaid item dispute for 18 days and has now emailed me to say it was an oversight. Sorry, but after 18 days it is more than an oversight.

You'll probably find they have now aquired two strikes and suddenly find themselves unable to bid for anything anymore due to seller preferences. That's usually when they get remourseful.

I checked last night, pretty good, just one negative left for others as a buyer. Can't remember the exact reason, but didn't seem too harsh. Still acting like a muppet in this case though

Hi, apologies if this is a stupid question but...is that message definitely in your ebay inbox and not just your email inbox? It's just the wording is very similar to the various phishing emails I get, they always threaten neg feedback if you haven't sent the phone/laptop/camera etc by a certain date.:o

When I last checked my seller preference logs I have around 20 refused bids on my business account, virtually all of them showing they have 'too many upaid strikes' (my limit is set at 2).
Am i able to check this on a private account? if so how? tia
