    Are you back yet???

    haha...only kidding!

    good luck!

A friend came with me (and was utterly brilliant) and we went back to hers for dinner. Then I drove back here. Singing 'I will survive' at people at bus stops with the 'Once I was a maid, I was pesticide...' lyrics. Quite loud actually. Sorry I couldn't get a pigeon out before now. The battery died on my phone too.... grrrrr.

    And from my legal helpline...

If the specific question was asked - have any CCJs been registered
against you? - then he may be guilty of perjury. The questions would
have been asked under oath. An intentionally false answer would amount
to perjury. He would be liable to a fine or term of imprisonment not
exceeding 7 years (Perjury Act 1911). I'm not sure what the procedure is
for bringing a claim for perjury - I would, however, report it to the
    court.

Seven years. Tsk. And you notice it's ME who has to report it to the court, do all the paperwork and pay for the hearing......

    Well.

    Honestly.

I think that's the first of many pieces of great news coming your way (and ours if we're honest).

Mike, have the BBC been in contact today? Is it still on for Friday?

    WASHER.x.

They're on quite a lot at the moment. Like, hourly!

We were talking about my call to him last night and she suddenly said - you're just using this programme as leverage!

And I was really surprised. I had told him I was talking to them about something, and he said a llocal paper had rung him. I just said to him - You'll be getting a lot more calls when they broadcast this. (Meaning, the local press scour the national media for local stories, and they've had a letter from me within the past couple of days offering them the story. Simples.)

She was worried I'd bring the whole BBC into dsirepute or something and it would be seen to be supporting my attempts to get the money off him.

Everything I have eaten, slept on, breathed, smoked, drunk and weed against for nearly two years has been to leverage him into paying!

Anyway, she went off somewhere to ask her boss, and I haven't heard anything back. She knew I was out this afternoon so is probably waiting until tomorrow to give me the news.

Best scenario is that they name him.

    Then that they don't.

Then that they run the story.

And if they don't, that's OK too. I did pretty well to get the top current affairs programme in Britain....

    So no losers. Sorted.
