Hi Happy, I wondered where you were. Keep taking the pills now won't you. I think everyone else has gone to bed.

I think I'll be heading that way soon myself.

    Morning all :D

I'm off to choose patio slabs this morning :D

Been saving my pennies for one for a while and then bought the labour cheap in a silent charity auction so it is now a goer :T

Then I am off to a Flower Festival in the village I grew up in with my Sister so it had better not rain.

And after my day of fun I have to work most of tomorrow :( At least I can do it from home and don't have to go and play with the traffic on the M25 like I do on a normal working day ;)

Trying to avoid the football (I am a Scotland supporter and we aint there) but understand that may be a little difficult

    Have fun all

I have no advice at all, I'm afraid - I'm not very bright on these things, but learning fast!

Just wanted to offer my best wishes - you're in my thoughts. Hope good things start happening and the good advice keeps coming for you. And hope the vile little creep who did this to you gets a good dose of karma - Nasty - don't know how he can get out of bed and hold his head up after doing that to someone.

Just watched the youtube clip again. I'd forgotten what truly awful conditions you'd been living in Mike. Thank goodness it's nearly over :j.

(good to see where the skip will be though, shiny silver will look great against that white wall....... oops, forgot, tartan wall :o)

It's not a skip, it's a hot tub. Get it right.

Why thank you. Nobody knows about this stuff until they have to...

I am not sure I trust karma to do the job. It may need a bit of intervention as well. The game's nowhere near over, I'm just having a rest between rounds. I'll be all over him like a cheap suit once the current excitement has died down. And I'll be stronger, fitter, and better fed. Possibly also showered.

One thing I have learned about myself is that I can be very tenacious. He picked the wrong person in me, and the many other people he stole from aren't out of the game yet either.

    Patience, young grasshopper...

I think your skills sound fine! I wanted to stay at the house and help too, ironically! But my request was denied!

Your offer made me laugh! And a stunt snogger sounds good. We must meet up sometime... :rotfl:

Yeah, Can't imagine why?! Who would they do the big reveal for? Neville? :rotfl:

My skills - such as they are - are at your disposal my lovely. :D

  • Morning Everyone,
Firstly Mike, thank you for re-posting the YouTube link. You know what I've found helps? Turning up the volume on your laptop. Sooo... moving swiftly on..
I have added Nick Knowles & Julia to my Twitter & I read here that Billy has been seen at the local supermarket, honestly - what did I do before I discovered this thread? (Cash in the flippin' Attic, thats what..) Anyway, I am now concerned about Neville & his what I'm sure is a large & increasing family. Where will his space be in the big reveal? Not in the BBQ I hope?
The other thing I was thinking Mike was that you have shown that you have a penchant for disguise.. Have you thought about maybe togging up & strolling past your property - just see how far you get? Maybe Mata Hari? Rolf Harris? Or my own personal favourite, Toulouse Lautrec? Go on, you know you want to....!!!
    Have a lovely day everybody.
    Sxxx:)

That was going to be m suggestion:D

Weather has improved that we have blue skies with some white clouds, and the sun keep coming through, however, the wind has not abated still around 14mph northerly, and we are being buffetted, which keeps rocking us to sleep.

Went to the other end of Cornwall last night to see some friends we hadn't seen, but stayed in touch with for 18 years:eek::eek::eek::eek: Where does the time go.

As for the weekend, we will be busy doing nothing, well maybe raising the odd glass or two.
