It's so ironic that the most impressive bit of work since I bought the place and I'm not allowed to watch!

I expect the neighbours will bring their deckchairs out and watch the comings and goings all week! There's not a lot goes on in our neck of the woods...

Actually, isn't she the one in charge of the mural?

Regarding that purple colour, I'm sorry but I have to disagree with both, it really is the pinkest purple I've ever seen and I can't see how you see it as mauve or purple - it's pink!

Poo - look up, it's the ceiling that's purple, looks great against the pink walls IMHO. (They needed something dark to show up the glitterball I think).

Merrywidow - ouch. Sympathies to you. My friend boils apple cider vinegar with rosehips & dabs the liquid on (just googled it - seems to be an accepted natural remedy). Also rubs with lemon juice - both seem counter intuitive but she swears they both help.

Mike - breathe hon, breathe :)

Be honest... you're all glad it's me not you who's being filmed this morning...

Even if it is with Nick.

Best of luck today guys and gals. My thoughts will be with you all. Shame I can't get down to see it all for myself. Look forward to hearing how it all goes. Have lots of fun. Can't wait for news of Mike's reaction at the BIG REVEAL.

Janet, I give in, I wasn't going to ask for the newsletter and be a patient soul, but I have to admit it, I can't be patient, so I will pm you my email, if that's okay ?

Hugs to you Mike, butterflies will soon fly away.

Morning all................MW you need to take celery seeds, you take them in a capsule, try Holland and Barrett. A friend of my husbands used to get terrible gout, could not walk, someone told him about the celery seed and he has not had a problem since.

Mike, just wishing you all the best for the next 10 days, I am sure all will go well and there will be no unwlecome suprises at the end of it all.....cannot wait for the programme to be aired!!!

Take care, hope the tummy troubles have cleared, suspect it is nerves getting the better of you.

    Hugs........Csarina

Thanks Gallygirl - Yes, I also take Apple Cider pills. Up to now the attacks were mild, no medication. But this week is really something else. Woke today in agony. Have a Doctor's appointment at 2.20.
Supposed to be in Littlehampton tomorrow, we will see. Its in my left foot (clutch) and I tried it yesterday but it was pretty ouch!!
Will try the other remedy too.
    Thanks, Janet:cool:

Just found this epic thread and I'm trying to read it backwards (it seemed like a good idea at the time!) but I wanted to say 'all the best' for this week.

    Welcome to the thread, pollyskettle!

And trust me, it'll make about as much sense backwards as forwards ;)
