I can't stay too late tonight, start my new job tomorrow and if I'm not at a certain place by 8.30am I will be deemed to have resigned!:eek: I don't do 8.30am - there's only one 8.30 in my life and it aint the one before noon! Will have to leave the house at 7.30am at the latest! :eek::eek::eek: I bought a new alarm clock today though and have set the alarm so fingers crossed.

Best say goodnight now and do the rest of the threads I'm watching.

Well I can not sleep I'm upset about my back it feels not normal :-( it feels tender good grief. I make myself laugh I'm a hyped up energy ball with frustration due to lack of movements. I need a squeezey ball must try sleep or I may cry :-( ahh poo I'd of been tucked up at ten if I had to be up at 7ish arghhh. Must sleep must sleep :-/

Do you have a TENS machine, or at least get access to one?? I find it invaluable when my back is bad...was a guinea-pig for one when I broke my back 23 years ago, and have used one regularly ever since. The past year I have been wearing one every day, and have only recently managed to go a whole day without one on....at long last. :j (oooh still can't even think of attempting this activity!)

I really recommend them, and if you are interested, I can suggest a good place to get one.

In the mean time, go for a COLD pack rather than a hot one...so raid the freezer for ice-cubes or a freezer cool-pack.

I still have an old single duvet cremmed into a pllowcase and have it under my legs at night in bed...it really helps to releive the pain shooting down my legs.

Trying to think of other things...sorry, too tired...will pop on again tomorrow to see how you are. Hope you can get some sleep tonight....try some lavender to calm you down..I feel it can help me begin to relax and doze off.
