Ok, there has been a bit of confusion over night so I reckon best thing to do is have a go at clearing it up.
There's an email list I'm doing, which is getting called a round robin, or an info sheet.
This is pretty much a list of contact details for those of us who're going and obviously given the sensitivity of contact details let me reassure the dozen or so members already involved that this list is not open to just anyone indiscriminantly.
The reason for this list is that we have found the plans by the BBC have been subject to changes and we are aware there may be further changes, due to the nature of what is being organised. On a normal project of this type participants would generally be known to each other as they would generally be family or friends and so would be in touch anyway. They would also generally be in thier home area or an area they know well.
Us being forum members who for the most part have never met and who for the most part have no knowledge of the area, it is a good idea to replicate that contact network ourselves by each having a single sheet of the most important boring factual data. This way if plans change while Joe Bloggs is away to B&Q for bits, then there's always someone around on the job who's got Joe Bloggs' number to fire off a text, plus any number of other possible scenarios.
The round robin/info sheet is a very dull project with little in the way of colour, conjecture or interest. Simply the bare facts, for practicalities sake.
Then there is Janet/Merrywidows' newsletter.
That is a separate project, to which I am not party. We are not collaborating and as far as I can tell it's a very different thing, with a lot more colour and individuality and not really about the boring but neccessary factual data.
Hopefully that clears up any misunderstandings.

We are just outside St Issey, and I agree mine's a McFlurry too, though I used to like the hot caramel sundae, which they don't do anymore.:D
