It will be, Mike, no doubt about it. You will get your lovely house sorted out and that scumbag builder will get his reward.

I've definitely "come out" of lurkdom now - seems you've had that effect on a lot of us - so will be back regularly to see how you're getting on.

Hiiiii last shift then I'm off for a few days yay. Glad to see it's all fun and frolics can we have tea and cake when we visit and look at house I do like cake :-)
