If you have any problems you can use an accident management company
Thanks dacouch, i feel like a complete plonker, 26 years driving and never a problem before.
What's the script with an accident management company? Do they charge a fee or get it from DL? How would I find a "reputable" one, if such a thing exists!?0 -
They make their money from DL.
DL are actually pretty easy to deal with providing their customer has reported the accident and they have admitted liability as they want to keep their costs down.
Do you have the policy number?0 -
Unfortunately no, but I do have all the guy's details including address, mobile no. etc. All a bit frantic at the time so think he's genuine enough i.e. mobile no is right etc. going to give him a ring in the morning.0
