Found Ebuyer pretty good when it comes to this, give them a call or drop them an email. Probably just been a glitch.
And I don't have my glasses on, still spotted it was EBUYER.4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -
This really depends on seller's return policy. Some will refund shipping costs. Some will NOT.0

And typically those that don't refund, even if their terms say they won't, are breaking the law. Read up on the Distance Selling Regulations. If the item is faulty both the outbound postage and your return postage should be refunded. If you just chose to return it, they have to refund the outbound postage, but you may be liable for the return costs.0 -
Ahhh but EBUYER do take paypal so you could still use that process if thats how you paid lol"Very funny, Scotty. Now beam down my clothes."
All truth goes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Then, it is violently opposed. Finally, it is accepted as self-evident.0 -

What have you asked of them so far?
I would email them, pointing out that as the goods did not conform to contract (due to missing parts - which was acknowledged), they are obliged under Section 48B(2)(b) of the Sale of Goods Act 1979, replace or refund the goods, including any postage costs.
Include very brief dates/times of any calls or correspondence where the refund & collection was agreed.
If that prompts no response, then follow it up with a recorded delivery letter. It is probably just an oversight by someone believing that it was returned as an unwanted item and not faulty.0 -
yes dear - I was talking about what i did as an ebay seller - I assumed that the site would be similar in its rules.
shouldnt have really - as its such an obvious rip off of ebay - wouldnt use it myself.
and DONT shout at me - your name is now on my shitlist!
What in the World are you talking about?? :rotfl::rotfl:
Ebuyer has NOTHING whatever to do with an Online Auction Site!!
They are COMPLETELY different things.
Are you always so condescending to others when you make a mistake??
