Why not email them and ask for it back ?
  • If it's faulty they need to refund the original postage fee plus your return postage costs. Ask them nicely and they should comply.
  • Never had a problem with P&P refunds for faulty items - just drop em an e-note explaining and they'll refund within a day or two.

You could open up an "item not as described" dispute, where you will then be asked to submit a tracking number to show you've sent it back recorded. Kinda difficult when you got them to pick it up... (and you would've had to pay return postage anyway).

If you wanted to be cheeky, you could send them a recorded delivery letter thanking them for picking the item up, and you await the return of your initial postage", then submit the tracking number into the ebay dispute.

Have you tried phoning them to ask?

Apart from that, all you can do is leave negative feedback.
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

when i sold stuff on ebay if the customer wasnt happy, and that was only a couple of times) I apologised and gave them full refund and refunded their postage too. email them asking nicely for the postage costs. If no joy then as others have said - ebay have a complaints procedure. use it, and make sure you give negative feedback but explain why.
