 My GOD I could murder some folk at time's. Plusnet/force9 are charging me an extra £2.99 a month for plustalk, which I don't have, never had it, don't want it, tried to phone them to ask what the hell they are playing at, press this number for that and so on, so no one at the other end of the phone then, customer service NIL, have gone to the portal to ask them and the cheeky sod's have sent me an email asking me to sign up for there home phone, which is, well a joke, so that's NIL, 30gb usage, well, I've been using good knows what as far as they are concerned, which is absolute cr*p, as I've been in and out of hospital for the last couple of week's, and have'nt been on the net that much, so that's another NIL then, score 0-10 + 000!!! I would'nt recommend these guy's if they payed me to, can't wait for the 18/07/06 to see what BSKYB have to offer, as soon as I can find something good I'm out of there. T:mad:
Pls be nice to all MSer's
There's no such thing as a stupid question, and even if you disagree courtesy helps.

Suggest you raise a support ticket at PLusnet then pop over to the ADSL Plusnet forum and post on there asking for some help. There are a couple of clued up Plusnet support people on there who can get your call to the people it needs to go to. Saves a lot of time and stress dealing with front line support.
