Sky + Recording/Deleting Issue

Wonder if anyone has come across a similar problem. My mum has a sky + box and last week she recorded a documentary. She went to watch this a couple of nights ago, and half way through the recording, a message popped up stating that was the end of the programme, it took her back to her planner where it had automatically deleted this programme and also a couple of others in the planner (First Criminal Minds new season episode for one :eek:) . I asked whether she had deleted them by accident (you know where the planner sometimes takes time to catch up with your finger presses) but she is adamant she didn't.
She's also mentioned that the programme quiting half way through a recording has happened on a couple of occasions but without the subsequent deletion in the planner.
She said she had checked that the programme had fully recorded, it said rec 62 mins, but she only managed to view about 30 before cancelling itself.
I'm going to try calling sky (yet again) tonight but wondered if anyone else had the same problem and how they resolved it (without numerous calls sitting on hold)
For info, she is full subscribed to the channels she is viewing and hasn't changed anything since starting her subscription last June.

Is the planner full (hence recording stop half way through) and is auto disk space management on (hence system deleting stuff to make space).0

Sorry I should have mentioned the planner has about 79% available space (at least thats what it was last week when I was round) - she doesn't record a lot.0

Do you know if that would delete everything in the planner? If so, I guess she'll need to watch everything, assuming they are not half recorded! first0 -
