My Tmobile online account isnt correct?
I upgraded my plan and today is when the new details should be on. Almost everything is correct except they havent included my free internet on my price plan list. Ive rung up and they have confirmed that it should be there and that i wont be charged. Is this enough if they accidentally charged me for internet use? Or should i keep ringing them up until it is shown on my price plan?
I have calls to tmobile when i was discussing my upgrade with at least 3 conversations with reps stating that i get the free internet and now the call from this morning as confirmation but i dont have any full names. They seem to not like giving out their names to customers. Advise please!

well i have BIS on my account with t-mobile and it do's not show up on my price plan ,
done the same has you ,each time they say yes it on your account ,put i have had a bill and it shows up on that
it do's say on the top of the price plan page "We could not access all your information, so some of your existing services information may not be show - please try later."
so i think it a fault on the site ,put watch your billthere or their,one day i might us the right one ,until then tuff0 -
So i should just keep an eye on my online bill and only complain when they start charging me for it?0
