Vodafone PAYG online top-up

Sorry, if this has been asked already (but I couldn't see a topic on it). Is anyone else having trouble topping up online? It is for a PAYG broadband USB stick which I bought last year. I've been getting the message that their website is experiencing problems and they are working as fast as the can to fix it since last weekend.
I know they have discontinued this product but are they still accepting top ups on the old dongles which have already been purchased?

I occasionally get the voodofone updating message in an evening. I was checking my balance yesterday afternoon and the site was fine.
They are still honouring the old non-expiry tariff.0 -
Hi web ferret, sorry - I should have been more specific. I can access the website fine - it is when I go to retrieve my registered card that I get the message - it doesn't give me an option to pick an amount to top-up in the drop down menu and this is the screen that I get the message that they are working on the problem. I have tried reregistering the card but get an 'unable to retrieve card information' message. Oh well, as long as I know they are still accepting top-ups, I will try the voucher route. Thanks.0

I posted this on another thread on here but I'll repost:

Hi all,
I'd like to clear up the confusion, as I can see there's a lot of potential for mistakes to be made here.
There are two separate propositions if you will, which have different modems, different price-plans, and different terms.
Anyone who purchased a Top Up and Go Modem prior to the 26th of December, will have the original £15 for 1GB plan, non-expiring credit. Some third-party retailers will still be stocking these part way into January.
The new PAYS Modems have an "R" on their sticker, so you can tell the difference, and give you £15 for 3GB, but credit expires after 30 days. These are now the only Top Up and Go Modems available direct from Vodafone as of the 26th of December 2009.

Thanks for your responses, web ferret. I think yours was one of the posts I read which reassured me about the non expiry credit so was not expecting the online top-up hitch. I was able to top up with voucher which will keep me going for another few months.0
