I had lost some and was down to 12st 8lb (had been 13st 3lb) and then I stopped smoking and on it went (in 19 days)

13 x 14 = 182 + 5 = 187lbs - very American but easier to work out a goal (once a ww always a ww, which by the way when I did 2 years ago I got down to goal of 11st 10 - 164lbs)
