He is right one thing at a time once you get past the initial few weeks and the summer arrives :rotfl: then you can think about diet and weight.
With the weather we are having you dont have to worry about putting skimpy tops and shorts on just yet.
I think give it another week and your back at work and making pots of money on ebay you wont remember what smoking was likeMARCH 2016 DEBT £25750/ £25035

Well done on the massive payment to Ricardo, I bet it feels good to be below the £3k mark.
You are doing so well with the no smoking, keep strong when your SIL arrives xLBM Aug 09: £18,650.47 - Current: £12,854.93 (£5946.79)

Today I painted the bathroom again, DH bought me some 'painters mate' to fill in gaps and I couldnt get it to squirt (as the actress would say to the bishop) so will have to do that when he gets home.
I also painted the ceiling as it looked dirty white once I had finished the walls! DH will tile tonight, whether he likes it or not.
The rest of the chateau is a MESS! SIL has ADHD (as diagnosed by me) and lives in a flat which would give an operating theatre a run for its money on cleanliness! If she were in charge of NHS there would never be MRSA again! So I need to get my finger out and get going with a MAJOR clean, how very boring me thinks!
On the MS front - HWG is kicking !!! on the ebay challenge - she is already in the £100's and I think I have a huge £7 finishing today! Ugh - need to get other finger out for that one once Easter is over. A total NSD today, which is good and also saved on electric as it was out for 2 hours today! No snow, no rain, not even any wind, but a power outtage! Could be worse, some poor people in North West still out and wont have electric or water for Easter! I would have cried, esp since the freezer is now crammers!
In the spirit of embarassing myself into sensible eating I am going to list what I have eaten today - kinda debt busting things for the tummy
1. Hot Cross Bus
2. Oatmeal and White Choc cookie - large - x 2
3. Hot Cross Bun
4. Bowl of homemade chicken veg soup and two slices of bread
5. Packet of crisps
and it is only 4.30!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Red i did more fat wobbling cleaning today! Hows you?x0

I just love that idea of 'fat wobbling cleaning'!
I too cleaned the bathroom after painting it - but I have already ranted about that.
I am good, eating for the entire parish as they say! and wanting a fag so badly.
