    Just made some WW butternut squash and red pepper soup = delicious but does need a thickner of some sorts - a little spud I think (not too bad points wise) and I would definately add an extra red pepper next time!

    However delicious!!! and perfect for this snowy foggy freezing evening!

    Im just about to have roast turkey, roast spuds in balsamic garlic and rosemary and veg and its smelling just fine, if the boys dont come home soon there may not be any left for them.

    I part boil potatoes then in a dish I put olive oil, balsamic vinegar and 4-5 cloves of garlic a few springs rosemary chopped and then when the potatoes are drained tip in the mix give a little shake and put in the oven as normal, I just love them

    Just had roast chicken, mash (sorry Woo), peas, green beans, parsnip and onion gravy - yum

    Then I had pears, apple and plums roasted in oven with cinnamon and cloves with a dollop of greek yogurt

    And managed to stay within my points too!!

    DH and I are disagreeing re X Factor - I liked Katie, he hated her and we are both so very Cher! Although I predict Mary and Katie to go tonight. DH is desperate for Wagner to win just to make Simon Cowell's life a nightmare, like he care :)
