    Meal was lovely and I was quite good points wise (although still went over for sure)

    Today is walk with doggie, going to do two laps of the walk so thats about 7 miles and then home to Ebay, hoping to add 20 items.

    Also need to do the great money shuffle today too................what fun!

    And all this must be done before X Factor, it's definately not an easy life LOL
