    He has phoned Halifax and they said bog off - as he has already refused their interest hike and is therefore just paying off the debt!

    Off to dinner tonight with DH's £74 lottery winnings.............we haven't been out in ages and decided we deserved a treat!

    Money in the bank - wow - debts to be paid today will get rid of that but hey at least we are getting it the right way round, getting the money in before sending chq's out!!!!!!!!!!!!!
