I have learned that you also need to be specific in what you wish for - e.g I asked for tax rebate, it didn't come but my mum was able to give me the money to pay the bills I needed (really what I needed was the money not the rebate)

But also I asked for tickets for the game and I got those. I also have been asking for support re my debt management - and LOL I ended up with 2 free tickets!!

And you know what being negative takes so much more energy than being positive.

Got another ticket - LOL we are now at our full complement. So off we go at 8.30am tomorrow more. I just know you will all be checking BBC N Ireland website to check result so to let you know it starts at 3.30 I believe. (:) )


Joined Weight Watchers on Thursday - I hadn't been to that meeting in 10 years and she recognised me - I am such a mouthy sod, no-one ever forgets me!!!

Anyway, of course I weighed more than I thought. I have officially never been heavier. My wish is that I lose 3 stone! That will make me lighter than I have been in 10 years but there is no reason why I shouldn't be. The friend I am going with wants to lose 5 stone as she is bridesmaid at a wedding in Feb 2011 so we have each other for support and motivation.

Most importantly I need to exercise, an alien concept to me!

Financialy - we are ok, will be late with CC as I said but at least the month will end with no extra debt hopefully. Nothing spectacular - which is good.

why dont you both go out walking together

diet is very important but so is exersizing

Family here now (all of them!!) and we are having Chinese - total waste of money but I didn't know they were coming and hadn't enough food so had no choice, however will enjoy the banquet and the X Factor together which is great
