    Morning All!

Haven't I been very naughty - not posting. However after probably the worst 3 weeks in my 10 year career I am getting back on the straight and narrow and able to think about something other than work, which of course means MS.

Another month comes to an end and we are always murdered this last week because so many ddm's come out before payday - ugh!

Had managed to claim some PPI back - are they allowed to put it straight to CC even when you ask for it to be deposited to your account, does anyone know?

Car insurance sorted - same as last year but at least got £25 cash back and free breakdown cover!

Another run at the business debt this month - DH has been working very hard and has managed to get some more shops - so thats an extra £300 weekly, which is fantastic. (Sadly only half of that is cash sales, we need to wait 90 days for the other half - and nothing we can do - large multi owned shops pay on 90 days!)

He, thankfully, has also decided to take a week off in July, (traditional holliers here). It wont be so bad as July is 5 week month, so in reality we lose an 'extra' week from the budget IYSWIM, rather than 'essential' money.

So with all of that I am hoping to get another £1000 off business debt and that brings me closer to getting back to personal debt, which I am just managing the minimums on.

Hope you are all well and will make a point of catching up on everyones' diary over week-end, when I am doing VAT return :(

    xx

    LOL - outed by a MIL - :)

Spent yesterday morning gathering up money to get to the bank before 11am because a chq DH forgot to tell me he had written was presented for payment. Previously they had told us chqs automatically bounced if funds were not in account before 11am. Got the money in and this am when I checked balance - chq was bounced. I am p**sed because this is an important supplier and it makes us look bad plus the bank is going to charge a fortune, £30 on a business account I think. Obviously DH will be ringing them not me (both supplier and bank)

When things like that happen, it really annoys me because I am trying so hard to stay on top of it.

Hope you are all enjoying the weather, tennis (the match is still not settled) and soccer!

Too many sleeps to pay day!

    Morning Red

I would be incredibly p**sed off as well, especially as the bank had told you it would be ok if you got the funds in by 11.00 am.

I would write a letter asking them to refund the charge based on what they had told you, its always worth asking.

Could be worth a call...but feel your frustration and embarrasment as it's one of your big suppliers but am guessing you won't have been the first nor the last.
