My wonderful hubby has booked us some concert tickets for a gig in Manchester at the end of September.
I was hoping to grab a travelodge saver room like the last time we went to Manchester - but there are none !!!
Firstly, is it likely more saver rooms will be added - or is that the lot when they are gone, they are gone ???
Secondly, anyone know of any other cheapish hotels. Premier Travel Inn is full and the others are £60 plus !!!
Thanks

I don't think they will add more.
It's the same for me when I want to stay there after a Man Utd game - for some reason they never seem to have savers available on those dates!0 -
Try https://www.laterooms.co.uk
They are good especially at late notice when they have better rates onWeight Loss - 102lb0 -

There are lots of budget chain hotels in Manchester, have you checked out all the Premier Travel Inns as there are a few around the centre.
Also you could try Ibis. There is also a Days Hotel on Sackville Street which I think is around £50 per night.
There is also a Jurys. Sometimes the bigger chains like Thistle, Ramada, Marriott, Novotel, have special deals on and they all have hotels in Manchester.
There are also a few at Salford Quays like Holiday Inn Express, only a couple of miles from Manchester centre.Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you0 -

I have tried them all. Either they are close to £100 for the night or they are fully booked. All the Premiers apart from one are booked up. Was just hoping there would be some more saver rooms available or better deals on late rooms.
Thanks for all the replies.0 -
There's a few under £60 on https://www.venere.com - really helpful website with lots of good maps/reviews, and generally reasonable prices too (which you also don't have to pay in advance!)
Plus for 4% off, use code: BK5HX8W
Hope that helps0 -

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times for concerts at The Manchester Arena.
It's in an ideal central location - close to the tram to the Arena which cost about 50p and was quick and easy.0 -
fairways lodge and leisureclub is a nice clean budget hotel, im a manchester native but have stayed there in May this year and the rooms were clean and comfortable in nice surroundings. was about £45 a night for a double i think. Costs about £5 to get into Manchester by taxi but is right on the main route so you could get a bus,I am a Mortgage Adviser
