Orange Bill
Last time I renewed my contract and upgraded my phone with Orange, I got a Dongle thingy too.
The dongle is free and the amount it costs per month is discounted off each month BUT I've just noticed that the "non-DD" cost is not!
The bill that comes in has all the details for my phone on one side and the dongle on the other, then they do a summary of it all together.
The Phone Bill has a non-DD charge of £2.98 AND the dongle is also charging me £2.98 for non-DD... plus VAT that's £3.50 twice! I mean it's coming to me as one bill! If I didn't have a phone with Orange i certainly wouldn't have a Dongle!
Does this sound fair?
(£3.50 might not sound like much but over the course of my contract it would be three months use - if i'm careful!)

it's in the T&Cs. Non DD is per line, not per account.
why not just set-up a DD and save yourself £7/month?

It's been like that for years.
Just set up a DD as proplusplus suggests and it'll go away...0
