How would you claim off paypal?
Aside from lying that the item hasn't turned up........Pete Doherty and a tub of nutella nom nom0 -
you would claim as item not as described(obviously unlesss seller has refunded the postage costs),no lying involved!!!the buyer has paid the postage costs the seller has described in the listing, from there on its up to the seller, they have failed in this by not paying correct postage,so item is not as described.
claiming item not as described means the OP would have to pay return postage on the item by a tracked method
they would only be refunded their original PP payment
so they would get their original payment minus £1.37 minus tracked postage of at least £1+0 -

As custardy says you would then be even further out of pocket which seems a little daft.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
