Broken phone

isn't that what the insurance is for? Have you rung orange and asked them?0
-
Oraneg Care insurance does cover accidental damage but the event has to be reported within a certain time limit and there is an excess to pay for the issue of a replacement handset. Check the terms and conditions - you should have been sent a copy or there should be a copy of them in the back of your phone's user guide.0

depending on the model it may be cheaper to buy a new screen than pay the excess0
-
its a w800i so is an expensive phone. think the excess is only £15 so i will give them a ring tomorrow

a screen for that would be about £30 + fitting
so if you can get the phone replaced for £15 that would obviously be better0
