Controlling family internet access

Hi all. I want to be able to control the type of websites my kids can access (e.g block adult / youtube etc)
I want to be able to set different levels of access per person, I guess based on theie Windows login name ?
I know you can block various sites using Internet Explorer tools/options etc , but that stops all users.
Can anybody please offer any solutions / software , preferably free !:)
I am on Windows XP, use Sky broadband, and have AVG installed.

Thanks Stompa , I seem to remember that one form the past. The key to me is being able to control different access levels for each user. Some just give general settings.0

Unfortunately K9 doesnt do what I want - the ability to set different levels of access to different users.
Seems loads of people want that , as there is a big thread on the forum for K9 .
There is a piece of software I found called cybersitter (verison 11) which does seem to let you set levels per user, but it costs $25 per year.0
