Vodafone PAC code
My contract terminates in six days time and I have confirmation of that from vodafone. I received a text two weeks ago saying that I would be rung from a certain number and would be given my PAC code. I have not been rung, so I rang them and they said I would be rung on the last day of my contract and the PAC code would be on my next account.
Is this normal practice?

Had text from Vodafone yesterday telling me my bill must be paid "on or Immediately after 26th Feb".
