Virgin & making a formal complaint

I am in the process of sending a complaint letter to Virgin after a catalogue of errors involved in my service transfer following a house move.
Does anyone have any suggestions were I can send this to get some action rather than just to their crap customer services people?
I'm sure Richard Branson gets hundreds of letters so please don't suggest him!
Thanks

I used the link below: http://www.virginmedia.com/myvirginmedia/contact/complaint-feedback.php
I was sold a broadband package with incorrect info and when I complained, I got a call back in 10 mins!! I couldnt believe the service of VM. When I explained my problem to the lady from the complaints dept, she finally gave me the deal which was initially promised to me.
Try that out if you have not already done that.
Good luck

Virgin Media have the worst customer care I have ever encountered. They are arrogant, condesending and sometimes rude!
I made the mistake of using my works mobile to contact their repair team when my broadband went down, then three months later one of the lads from another watch told me they had rung the works number asking why my payment was two days late!!!
I spoke to their customer care team who were apologetic and assured me they would remove that number from their system. Then one month later they rung the number offering me the XL package! :mad:0
