orange contract question

I wonder if you can help, my DIL, she is tied into a contract with orange that she took out in nov 2008, in summer we were talking and i told her that after reading on here something about orange changing the charges on their contracts (not exactly sure of the details now) she could drop out of her contract. she didn't do anything about it until now when she is desperate to get out of the contract .
Can she still do it and if so how? can you point me in the direction to help sort it?

    They did intend to change their t&c and some MSE members did get to cancel, but within a few days, they reverted back to the original t&c and the loophole closed.

    You have missed the boat by a long, long way, so you will need to honour your contract, I am afraid.

    This was Summer last year, and you had 28 days to cancel. Then they cancelled the change any way, so as Mr Dad states above, no way out using that course, sorry.
