I've tried to search for 'sky plus' on the chat forums, but nothing comes back. So I tried 'sky' and nothing comes back. Why can't I search?

    Hi

    You can't search for three letter words. You can however use a wildcard (*)

    e.g. You can search for *sky
    This has the disadvantage that it will bring up all words ending in sky, but you should get what you're looking for
