strangely enough, i sell low value items, and basically for my shop listing, i doubled the price (so selling between £2 and £5) and put best offer expecting to get the lower price i wanted

out of the ones that sold, 75% paid the higher BIN price and never did best offer

But then again, I discovered an item i wanted, it sold in an auction which i missed, and strangely got reoffered as a higher BIN with best offer, I offered more than the auction had finished (a value of about 50% of the BIN), got refused then did a bit of hunting and realised that the original winning bidder on the auction was a shiller - so guess who got reported - strangely tho, ebay chose to ignore another power seller who shills
