The more prices rise, the more frantic his bleating becomes.
It pleases me immensely that they are so insecure they have to resort to usernames like that.:rotfl:
That's exactly what I could see in every post by you. The fear and desperation of lost money by buying at the peak. Come on Hamish, You used the same words and sentences during the crash to argue your HPI theory. Wasn't all those were wrong. Get help from a doc for your addction to HPI and to this forum. If you are so confident of HPI why you spent all day in this forum to post spams:beer:0 -
Open your eyes Hamish. 3190 posts so far. Say on an average (your fav. subject) you spent 5 minutes per post, you almost wasted 11 days of your life posting on this forum alone.
Edit : oh God!!! 11 days since Jan 2009:beer:0 -

In order to spot the desperate one, we need look no further than the clown who copied my username specifically to troll me.
I have been overwhelmingly right about the direction of house prices. And where I have erred, it has usually been on the pessimistic side. Which should worry you immensely. As the last year has shown that my predictions, whilst closer than the bears, are almost always for lower HPI than subsequently occurs.;)
Oh.... And a day a month..... Is that all?
I'm obviously slipping in my old age. Particularly as this post just took 30 seconds. Maybe I need to make 9 more to catch up.......:rotfl:“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

We will only know if you were right in a few years time Hamish, until then you need to understand that pride go'eth before the fall.
If prices do fall, you're going to look like a right t!t.0 -

No more of a t!t than you lot already look now that prices have been rising for a year.
And it's almost spring bounce time again.....:D“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

You have my sympathies Hamish, you really do.
[edit]
Words like "may rise" or "potential increases" with some justification as to why, are far better than "PRICES WILL RISE" because the Daily Mail said they will...0 -
