Yes, we can quibble; and as you said, you're here because you 'like to argue'.
The argument you quote is NOT the only one. I'm taking issue with the title of this thread, where you seem to extrapolate a UK trend from the stats and musings of a VERY small subset of RICS members.
In response to this, you sidetracked onto an EA vs. Solicitor/EA argument, and dragged Rightmove into it. Neither of which had anything to do with the topic. Then you went quiet.0
