The wolf, however, does not buy up umpteen houses and then boast about how clever it is has been on national TV.

It also has better taste in clothes.

I am trying to make the bears question themselves.

If I had known the artillery would be arriving I would've attempted to make my comments more errmmm fullproof. :)

Is it too late to state I dislike the Wilsons, however not enough to follow them 24/7 like so many of the bears.

Pah (I borrowed that word from another thread, it is my new favourite soundbite) it is typical of you to make me look incoherent and a bit of a looney.

Love the sig. Dolphins are non-humans. You observant thing you;)

It's not 24/7. It's "oh I have a bit of free time, I wonder what good threads (if any) are on MSE. Aha there's one about the Wilsons, great." A waste of time maybe, but who is to say. I don't go on the Gardening threads and say "I am not interested in roses, please stop talking about them"

I prefer hostas myself. I have tried and tried to grow those things with huge flowers that grow over walls and failed miserably every time. I forget their name.

Anyways, Malcolm makes me laugh and at least he was tongue-in-cheek with his comments.

It is the bug gers that are deadly serious that worry me.

There are always 2 sides of a coin.

It would be nice to wish success on those renters who were able to profit by buying at a good price from a relatively distressed Wilson seller.

This isn't wishing any major ill on the Wilsons. They will walk away with handsome profit I am sure. It's just hoping that the benefit of good timing spreads to other people, especially first time buyers.

Wow just noticed Carolt is back, I remember arguing with you a couple of years ago.

Anyway how do you see this situation playing out Caroly? Do you think they actually will sell all their houses and have money left?

    Hello.

I'd love to say I'd been away, but I think I've just been arguing with someone else (usually Hamish or chucky) in the gap. ;)

I see the Wilsons pretty screwed. To me, the lenders taking over the management of the rental properties = reposession in all but name. Plus the article states at least 1 property has been officially repossesssed already. Plenty more to follow asap, I expect. Esp as interest rates rise.

Good news for all the little pigs of whichever small town they live in again...

What's the name of that stuff that grows up everything and has huge, really pretty flowers.

    It is driving me mad.

The secret is supposedly in keeping the root cool. I have tried everything and nothing works.

It isn't roses. !!!!!! is wrong with roses?

    Dunno.

I'm not good on flower names...

    It's very late.
