 Last job I did was mop the floors, first thing DH did when he came home? Walked straight through the house without taking his shoes off:mad:

:beer:Thanks for all the birthday wishes everyone and Vanilla happy birthday!
Sarah - great news that she's home
Moam - big hugs for you and hope Dh recovers swiftly
    ishtar- hope mum is ok
Jo - good news about your mum

I had a lovely day shopping with my Ds, DD went to nursery and we had lovely mummy and son time together. He was really naughty at a restaurant on my birthday last year so he promised he would be really good this year and he was an angel, was so well-behaved in Pizza express despite the slow service and seeing as he is 5 that's not easy! He even stood patiently in M&S while I looked at clothes:eek: His future wife will thank me I'm sure:rotfl:

    Flying wise I have done
quick tidy up of kids rooms
    made beds
    tidied toys away in lounge
put wm on and got next load ready
decluttered a glass of cava:beer: so have made room in the fridge!
    bogger all else!
Will start with avengence tomorrow as I'm planning to
get DS to try his clothes on,
hang up the new uniform I bought today
get rid of the carrier bag of crap I cleared out of wardrobe last night
    take bag to charity shop
sort out DD's toys while she is at nursery so she doesn't start playing witht he baby stuff I will get rid of!

Right need to find a list, apologies if I dont make sense as curry hasnt arrived yet and I feel a bit squiffy:rotfl:
Monday ~ Kitchen and Dining Mess
    Level One
    vacuum and mop floors

    Level Two
Wipe table replacing cloth if necessary..
Clear out a cupboard.. - going to get dh to fit an extra shelf in the big cupboard so I have more stacking room- this may nopt happen until saturday:)
Wipe and replace small appliances.. Clean one thoroughly! microwave
    Level Three
Wipe units and large appliances.. don't forget kickboards!
Wipe the tops of the wall units.. lining them with old wallpaper or newspaper keeps them clean!
Dejunk window sills, dust blinds and wash windows!

    Extras
    1. Wash the vacuum cleaner innards and filters.. do not reassemble until completely dry!!
Forgot to say thanks for comments about midsleepers, am off to Ikea tomorrow night with a friend so will check them out, we are used to our old house with high ceilings so 230cm at this house doesnt seem very high to us!

Toots.. the parcels will be getting done in a bit.. once I have done tomorrows list and got the grots bundled into bed the catalogue parcels are beingcollected in the morning so I must get those done tonight.. and the ebay ones I'm sending DD1 to post after she gets back from having her hair snipped.

I need to put the bins out and find the bed.. why is it you make a room 1000 times more messy in an effort to tidy it? Then you lose motivation and want to crawl into the bed that is 12ft deep in crap!

    Hi everybody

I'm in this week - better late than never! Star for today please T:D:Dts!

Haven't caught up on the thread yet (thought better to do the housework:A instead) - still need to catch up on last weeks thread:eek:!

    Hope all are fine!

:):)AnW's mum - thanks for the parcel - DD delighted and wore it to Slimbridge today to feed the swans!:):)

4 x bags from the attic of doom to the charity shop yesterday and bootload to the dump this morning:T. New tumble drier delivered and installed (took most of the weekend and had to move the electrics...) and is Oh So Quiet! I have to keep checking it's working!

Weetabix brownies were a hit btw! Haven't tried the cake yet...

Off to catch up on the thread(s) with a cuppa:)
