orange PAYG to Orange contract?

Hi, had my number for years on orange (contract then PAYG) so dont really want to change it.

do i (or is it possible?) need a PAC code to transfer my number from PAYG to a contract?

Get a free voda sim from the offer on today, 2 per household. Port your orange PAYG to this voda sim. Wait a month and then port your number from your voda sim to the orange pay monthly you are on. Bad point is it takes a month, good point is you can keep your number.

Orange wont do a port internally as far as my experiance goes.

they do do number transfers from payg to monthly.

i was going to go for a cash back deal via CPW rather than direct to orange - who do i ask??

you can go from a orange PAUG to an orange contract, its called an NT3 connection - there are a few t+c's
- no 14 day return you cant cancel the contract once you start
- you loose all the credit on the phone
- you have to remember the security info connected with the paug,
you dont need a PAC to do it
and as far as im aware CPW wont give you the full amount of cashabck for this type of connection as they get less themselves
