Maybe I`m too suspicious.The agent suggests a price and instantly someone pops up and buys it.I would get another agent to value it in case it is the first agents brother or friend.0

What size of deposit would you be looking for & what length of deadline. If you tell a buyer you will accept the offer, subject to exchange in 6 weeks, then you can't find a property yourself, you will probably end up breaking the deadline. The buyer has no recourse against you.0
