Hi all,
I'm moving house soon and currently have Virgin media package ( Phone/internet/TV)
Now I'm yet to contact them but looking on there website I can't find my new address that i'm moving to on there checker..
What would happen if they can't supply my new property with cable? and when moving how much do Virgin tend to charge you?
Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place!
Many Thanks
J

If you are in a 12 month contract they will charge you a cancellation fee. This will be refunded if you take up their services in the new home. If cable TV is not avaialble you will just need to take their ADSL over BT line Internet service to have the cancellation fee refunded in your next bill. However, this will also start you off on a new 12 months contract.0
