Just picked up a new t-mobile sim only deal
100mins - 100txts plus unlimited uk landline calls for a £10 pm
I am wanting to use this sim with my unlocked iPhone 3gs so will need to add the unlimited (1GB) internet booster addon for an extra £5
I've not used t-mobile before so if you know of any pro's & cons of my plan it would be appreciated
regards

I've done the same as you - T-Mobile us my preferred network.
Only thing MMS costs with O2 it's part of your text allowance (they take 4 text credits out of your text allowance for each MMS sent).
You definitely need internet add on like you said. You'll probably need the MMS settings for the iPhone as iTunes won't automatically T-Mobile settings as it's not an official 'carrier' .. but that's not an issue - Google it.If I've help in anyway, please remember to thank me :-)0 -
Thanks for your reply
I was also going use 18185.co.uk for any extra mobile mins I need above the 100mins t-mobile give you on the £10pm deal, with the free uk landline calls addon I can access 18185 using the 020 number they have.
It would be good to have any other ideas on getting more for less with an iPhone taking into account have tight Apple have made the networks offer standard talk plans.0 -
T-Mobile also throttle their 3G speeds, which other networks don't as far as I am aware. You need to pay extra to get up to HSDPA speeds with T-Mobile.0
