I have such fun at PO earlier! I was in a queue of about 20 and there was this black guy infront of me, I was 2nd to last of queue and he turns to me and asks if I will hold his place as he needs to fill lots of forms in so I politely said I'm sorry but if you leave you will have to join the back of the queue like everyone else does.

I then got accused of being racist and threatened with the police! I couldnt believe the cheek of the man. I didn't hold his place and stuck to my guns but OMG! I am no where near racist, I would have said it whatever the race or gender of the person asking me.

That is bs, I never hold anyone's space in the queue because it isn't fair on the people who queue up last. Unless it is a sweet little old lady and normally I let them queue jump. He is being a git. I hate that because it means that people aren't taken seriously when real racism happen. e.g when my husband got stabbed in the leg by National Front - now that is racism!

Babymoo - just ignore it, my neighbour said the same thing to me when I complained about a 3 day long party she had, and she did phone police! Backfired as they could hear it through the walls and I was in labour having a home birth! It's an excuse for them to bully you into letting them get away with things.

Babymoo - quite right, I wouldn't have held his place either whatever colour he was. I think some people are all to happy to play the racism card as so many people are scared of it.

Dillidalli - I know, but they just couldn't get that through there skulls.

HR just called me, my wages will be showing in my account after 4pm tomorrow or Wednesday, not brilliant but at least there getting paid. She was like yeah its an advance, I was like, hell no its money your due me. Why can I see my wages being short again next month? :rotfl:
