me - "no ..... was that it ?!"

no vans, no cars, just two men walking down road knocking on doors

Maybe they have the fish in they're pockets?!? :rotfl::rotfl:

  • Cally - do you live by the coast?

    It was either

    1) They are anglers tryig to make a profit - phone the local MCA and report them, its illegal.

    2) Local fishermen trying to get rid of over quota fish

    3) Local fishermen trying to get a better price than the auction house.

I don't buy fish, so don't know the exact prices, but they only get £2.20 per kilo for cod at the market (equivilent of £1/lb) and I m pretty sure that it is a lot more to buy from the supermarket. Oh, and 10% commission is taken off that price!

I have been known to do that before, only I am gining it away for want of freezer space :rotfl:

only call munchki got at 10 was from the old council chasing me for £198 which obviously I dont have! It was NOT a good conversation

So I was right then - don't think I specified the nature of the call! Was hoping it would be better news though ...

£32!!!!!!! ouch-the best moisturiser I found that doesnt annoy me (I have Eczema) is the cheap Lidls day cream! which is odd coz even E45 cream makes me itch.

Think i've managed to update my site with the 25% offer, just need to put a bit at the top of the seren page itself but cant seem to make it show up whatever i do...one for the webpperson methinks!
  • Morning guys :)
Well I'm awake and dosed up, but my parcel hasn't come. Tracking says delivery was due between 9:50 and 10:50, but still says 'loaded on vehicle'. Trouble is, it said that last week too, until about 9pm. They redelivered the next day and a maintainance guy left it outside of our flat, or I wouldn't have got it...the depot is just down the road, I could walk there (slowly!) if they'd tell me where it is...Knowing my luck it'll be half way round the country on a van though!

Hales, I wouldn't worry about your feedback. I would ignore something like that, and 97% is still good!

Nikki, that sucks about college :( It's not snowing yet today here, it was yesterday but it started mid afternoon then too, and was very strong.

    Hello everyone :)
    Signature down for maintenance :rotfl:

    !

I know but I seem to react to everything. I have dry skin and most moisturisers for dry skin contain lanolin which I'm allergic too. Its an Elizabeth Arden one though and a tiny bit seems to go a LONG way. I might try eBay first, wish I hadnt spent my boots points or I could of got it for free lol.
