laughing my head off, how many times can a lad say "all right" in one 3minute phone call ? must have been at least 20 times, i just let him talk away to himself (he was offering usb dongle for £10 which would then open up fantastic loyalty offers to me when it came to upgrading my contract), he got to end and

him - "is that something you'd be interested in ?"
    me - "no"
him - "are you not interested in the internet ?"
    me - "no"
him - "oh ... all right .. well you have a good day then"

At least I know my contract is up in 4 months time and I so cant wait to go back to PAYG network.
(forgot to mention - the obligatory 30 sec pause at the start when i answered and said hello and got silence back)

    Help!!!

Ive just logged onto ebay to find a buyer has left me negative feedback - which i think is unfair - they have put slow delivery - they purchased an item on bin on the 16th - they paid for it during the afternoon of the 17th - i sent them a message during the evening of the 17th to say i would be unable to post it til the 20th (my listing states despach within 3 days of cleared payment) - it was posted on the morning of the 20th 1st class. they didnt contact me before leaving the neg - what should i do??

are you able to post a comment to comment on thier comment? does that make sense, to justify your actions etc mentioning the 3 day dispatch at least? I would not leave them feedback either. Some people really are a bit much on ebay, expect everything instantly!

im gutted coz its taken me from 100% to 97.6 - do you think its worth contacting them to see if they will revise it - even to a neutral? they have been a member for over 12 months but only have 8 feedback themselves??

Suppose you could try but you did stay with what you said you were going to do and I know that when I buy I always read the seller feedback but I look at the overall and tend to discount one or two neg comments if all the rest is good as I realise there are some daft people out there with nothing better to do!
